Terms of service

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be responsible for activity in your workspace, including by anyone you give access to. You must be able to enter a contract on behalf of the business you sign up for.

You agree to use LeadPilot lawfully and in particular to:

• follow the email and data protection laws that apply to you and your recipients, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR;
• only contact businesses and people you have a legitimate reason to contact, about something relevant to them;
• honour opt-outs, and never remove or hide the unsubscribe link or your postal address;
• not send spam, misleading content, or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive;
• not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our agreement.

We may suspend accounts that put recipients, other customers or the service at risk.

You own the content and data you bring to LeadPilot. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you import, and for the emails you approve and send.

Research briefs, fit assessments and email drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are suggestions for you to review. Nothing is sent without approval by someone in your workspace, and you are responsible for what you approve.

Paid plans and credit packs are invoiced by TBS Solution and paid through a Payoneer payment link. Available payment methods and any applicable charges are shown before payment. There are no automatic renewal charges: each renewal requires a separate payment. Plans and credits are activated after our team confirms receipt. Paid-plan credits refill monthly, including on yearly plans; unused plan credits expire at each refill. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open. Contact us to stop your plan at the end of the paid period, or request an invoice for a different plan from Billing. Plan changes start when the new payment is recorded. Without renewal, your workspace returns to Free after any grace period shown in Billing. See pricing for current plans and the refund policy for refunds.

LeadPilot relies on third parties such as Google, Microsoft, SalesQL, email verification providers and AI providers. Their availability and data can change, and their own terms apply to how you use them through LeadPilot.

We work to keep LeadPilot available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

To the extent the law allows, LeadPilot is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or deliverability problems with your own domains.

You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
